How do I refund a tip?
If you need to refund a tip, maybe because you didn't play the song request... navigate to the Tips page from the show menu.
Click arrow icon beneath the tip details to issue an instant refund.
Funds may take up to 3 business days to clear back to the origin. Follow up with Stripe if you experience any delays.
