Can I make tipping compulsory?
Yes, there is an option to make tipping compulsory when making a song request.
Go to the Show Settings page and ensure you have 'Accept Tips - Request Page' enabled.
Enable 'Require Tip for Request'
With this option enabled, when the audience places their song request they will be presented with a screen informing them that a tip is required to process their song request.
If a tip is paid then the song request will come through to you as normal with the tip details beneath the song request. If no tip is paid then you will not receive the song request while you have the 'Require Tip for Request' enabled.
Quick Tip
If you need to refund a tip, maybe because you didn't play the song request... navigate to the Tips page from the show menu.
Click arrow icon beneath the tip details to issue an instant refund.
