LimeDJ have partnered with globally trusted PayPal to handle all of our one-off and subscription payments. We will not disclose or sell an individual’s Personal Information or Commercial Information to unrelated third parties under any circumstances, unless the prior written consent of the individual is obtained.
Users Registering for Requests
LimeDJ does not share your submitted details, name or email address with any other third party. Your details are kept confidential and are used solely for the purpose of providing a secure platform to submit song requests to a DJ.
Facebook Login and Data Use
When you choose to log in to our platform using your Facebook account, we collect and store only the necessary information required to facilitate your login process.
Specifically, we store your unique Facebook ID for the sole purpose of allowing you to access our services seamlessly. We do not collect, store, or use any other personal information from your Facebook account unless explicitly stated and with your consent.
Data Retention and Removal
Your Facebook ID is securely stored in our system and is only used to authenticate your login and provide you with access to our platform. We respect your privacy, and you have the right to have this data removed from our platform at any time. If you wish to delete your Facebook-related data from our system, please contact us directly by emailing support@limedj.com. Upon receiving your request, we will promptly remove your Facebook ID and any related data from our records.
