About Lime DJ

Lime DJ was created in 2021 in the midst of the Covid pandemic as a way to help people get back to having fun and enjoying live entertainment. As a performer myself, I needed a way to allow my audience to engage with me during strict, no-contact rules and set about creating a platform that met my own needs.

After seeing the success I had with the very first version of this platform for my own gigs and hearing great feedback from the audiences, I decided to develop it further and turn it into a platform that was accessible for other entertainers to use.

Lime DJ has come a long way since then, it has evolved and grown into a platform used extensively around the world in a multitude of different ways, with new features and improvements coming about as a result of feedback and suggestions from the amazing entertainers and performers that use it.

I am extremely grateful and proud to be involved with a project that helps others in the entertainment industry. Entertainment is all about bringing fun into the world and we can never have too much of that!

Fun Fact: one of the first gigs where Lime DJ was trialed was at a retirement village… the fact that everyone loved it and found it so easy to use was encouraging. We have kept it this way with no app-ever needing to be downloaded by the audience.
